&lt;/div&gt;&lt;img src="http://blogs.law.yale.edu/aggbug.aspx?PostID=3112" width="1" height="1"&gt;</description></item><item><title>Delay in Implementation of Westlaw Password Security Change</title><link>http://blogs.law.yale.edu/blogs/librarynews/archive/2009/06/08/delay-in-implementation-of-westlaw-password-security-change.aspx</link><pubDate>Mon, 08 Jun 2009 19:50:00 GMT</pubDate><guid isPermaLink="false">3dba5dbf-cc88-412d-a5e1-dc96318a2d17:3074</guid><dc:creator>ylslibrary</dc:creator><slash:comments>0</slash:comments><description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:small;font-family:Times New Roman;"&gt;We sent out an earlier announcement about the new Westlaw password security change.&amp;nbsp; The gist of the new security change is that Westlaw will not support log-in with the alphanumeric Westlaw password (e.g.&amp;quot;5922679noql&amp;quot;) and will switch to only accepting log-in with a customized personal&amp;nbsp;username and a password (also known as &amp;quot;OnePass&amp;quot; account) sometime in the fall.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin:0in 0in 0pt;" class="MsoPlainText"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:small;font-family:Times New Roman;"&gt;However, Westlaw has just&amp;nbsp;delayed implementation of the change so please DO NOT do anything now. You will&amp;nbsp;not be able to comply with the new requirements until further notice from Westlaw. &amp;nbsp;In the meantime you will still be able to log-in with your Westlaw password or existing OnePass username and password.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:small;font-family:Times New Roman;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:small;font-family:Times New Roman;"&gt;Please stay tuned and apologies for the confusion.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
